One of our goals is to reduce the amount of produce we buy from the market.
We currently have perennial strawberries that ripen in June and raspberries that are ready in July. We also plant tomatoes and peppers annually.
This year we decided to add potatoes to the mix, and decided to plant them using the 5 gallon bucket method.
The yield wasn’t great this year, but hopefully the next planting we get more. Below are pictures of the buckets and what we got.
